Mission/Objectives
Following the Campari Group worldwide presence and globalization, the increasingly tight relationships between Group Legal Entities and the continuous and dynamic evolutions in the Tax area, Tax Department is seeking an EUROPE and Developing Markets Tax Compliance Senior Specialist to join Campari Group Global HQ in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan). As Tax Compliance Senior Specialist, you will report to the Group Tax Sr. Manager.




Key Responsibilities And Activities
As an EUROPE and Developing Markets Tax Compliance Senior Specialist, you will collaborate with Global Tax Team and Developing Markets Campari Group legal entities – both abroad and in Italy - on various tax compliance related tasks, including but not limited to:
- Ongoing tax compliance fulfillments for the Italian legal entities (e.g. preparation of the direct tax computation and direct/indirect tax returns, support to the other department on tax matters…);
- Coordination of direct tax calculation processes for Developing Markets Campari Group legal entities (e.g. quarterly direct tax closing process)
- Management of indirect tax compliance processes for the Developing Markets Campari Group legal entities (e.g. VAT and GST fulfillments, Intrastat)
- Support in the tax management of cross-border transactions (e.g. withholding ion dividend, interests, etc.) and of the reorganization
