What You’ll Do
You will join BCG’s Milan HR Team, focusing on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I;) activities. In this role, you will actively contribute to the design, coordination,



and implementation of initiatives aimed at fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, within the broader framework of Unlocking Potential (UP) - BCG’s commitment to uniting diversity, inclusion and wellbeing under one strategy to unlock the potential of those who advance the world.
You Are Good At
- Supporting and coordinating projects across different D&I; pillars (e.g., Accessability, cultural/ethnic networks, Pride, wellbeing, gender equality certification), engaging with employee networks and strengthening affiliation and allyship within the firm;
- Assisting in the organization and delivering of key initiatives and events, from large-scale conferences (e.g., Senior Women Conference) to local awareness activities, including logistics, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination;
