and workplace mattersManage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboardingManage payroll inputs, payroll validation, reconciliation, and employee payroll enquiriesAdminister employee benefit programmes and coordinate with agevolazioni providers and brokersEnsure compliance with statutory HR requirements including employment documentation, registrations, social insurance, and reportingSupport HR audits, regulatory reviews, and communication with external authoritiesPartner with business leaders, regional HR teams, Legal, Finance, and external providers on HR initiativesIdeal CandidateDegree in HR or related field;
