Hospitality Coordinator – Remote

We are an international company managing high-end holiday villas and welcoming guests from all over the world.

We are looking for a Hospitality Coordinator to join our team.

The position is 100% remote and open to candidates worldwide.

About you

Experience is appreciated, but not required. What matters most to us is your attitude and the way you work.

You should be:

- Reliable, responsible and honest
- Patient, friendly and professional with guests, colleagues and clients
- Organized and attentive to details
- Able to solve problems calmly and independently
- Motivated and focused on providing a high-quality service

A strong personal and professional ethic is essential for this role. We are looking for someone who is serious, respectful and trustworthy, both personally and professionally.

Main responsibilities

- Replying to requests by email




- Managing and updating listings on booking platforms
- Providing telephone assistance to guests (only during the season)
- Organizing cleaning staff schedules
- Handling basic accounting tasks

Languages

- Italian: minimum B1
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- German, French or other languages are a plus
