WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Photographer, you will transform special moments into lifelong memories. By combining creativity, guest engagement and sales skills, you will help guests take home the best part of their journey.

Guest Experience & Engagement

· Capture the most memorable moments of our guests' journey.

· Create engaging photo opportunities and meaningful guest interactions.

· Help make every cruise experience unforgettable.

Sales & Business Impact

· Guide guests through their photo journey and purchase experience.

· Promote photo products and maximize sales opportunities.

· Contribute to onboard revenue targets through exceptional service.

Photography Operations

· Set up and manage photo locations across the ship.

· Ensure photography equipment is always ready and operational.

· Support embarkation activities and key onboard events.

Teamwork & Professionalism

· Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

· Promote a safe, professional and compliant work environment.

· Bring Costa's values to life through your attitude and commitment.

WHO YOU ARE

Required:

· Secondary school diploma

· Previous experience in photography, ideally in dynamic or guest-facing environments

· Basic knowledge of photo equipment and strong motivation to learn and improve your technical skills

· Confidence in interacting with Guests and creating positive, engaging experiences

· English level B1 or higher

· Fluency in an additional language among Italian, German, French, or Spanish.

· Team spirit, flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly

· Organized mindset and attention to detail

· Customer-focused and relationship-driven, with a natural ability to build trust and create memorable experiences

· Results-oriented and resilient, motivated to achieve ambitious goals

· Curious, positive and collaborative,



comfortable working across departments with a proactive attitude

Nice to have:

· Previous experience in sales

· Previous experience in fast paced environments
