We are looking for a Chef de Rang who knows that it takes good taste to recognise good taste — and that great service is no different. With your professionalism, flair, and passion for creating memorable moments, you help turn every meal at AMA Stay into something truly special.

Tasks

- Welcome guests, accompany them to their tables, and provide knowledgeable information about dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Orderman and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar
- Work closely with the Commis de Rang, coordinating tasks through clear communication and supporting a smooth service
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere
- Support the training and development of team members by sharing knowledge and experience
- Organise the daily mise en place together with the Commis de Rang
- Maintain a welcoming and well-organised dining environment throughout the service




- Handle guest and service-related issues calmly and in a solution-oriented way
- Complete the cash register closing and ensure accurate payment handling at the end of the evening
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve our service and guest experience

Requirements

- Several years of experience in fine dining restaurant service or a similar hospitality role
- Fluent in Italian and English; German is an advantage
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and committed to personal and professional development
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a solution-oriented approach
- Excellent guest orientation and strong communication skills
