/liliManage a section of the kitchen, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation of dishes.
/liliCollaborate with the head chef and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
/liliMonitor stock levels and assist in managing raw material orders.
/liliMaintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
/liliTrain and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and skills.




/liliParticipate in the creation of new dishes and menues, contributing innovative ideas.
/liliAssist in managing and controlling costs, ensuring operational efficiency.

/liliExcellent command of Italian and English.
Additional languages will be appreciated.
/liliExperience in the Kitchen sector, or related professional area.
/liliCalm, organized work, strong communication and interpersonal skills /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred.
/liliProficiency in Selz PMS Systems required.
