Agriturismo La Frattina is a small, family-owned adults-only retreat near Buonconvento, in the heart of the Crete Senesi and close to the Val d'Orcia.
Set in a carefully restored historic Tuscan farmhouse, La Frattina offers four individually designed guest rooms, extensive gardens, olive groves, a saltwater swimming pool and a highly personal style of hospitality focused on comfort, authenticity, attention to detail and connection with the surrounding countryside.
With only four rooms, every detail matters.
Our ambition is to continue developing La Frattina towards the standards of the best small independent hospitality properties in Tuscany.
Role Description
We are looking for aHousekeeping & Guest Experience Coordinatorfor the **** season, from1 April until the end of October ****.
This is much more than a traditional housekeeping position.
We are looking for someone who will take genuine responsibility for the condition, presentation and daily readiness of our guest rooms and accommodation areas — someone who becomes oureyes, ears and nose throughout the property.
The right person notices the details before a guest does: a squeaky handle, a mark on a wall, a shower that is not draining properly, a damaged fitting, something that does not smell fresh, linen that no longer looks perfect, an amenity that needs replacing, or simply something that could be done better.
The role includes:
Daily housekeeping and preparation of guest rooms to a consistently high standard
Final inspection of rooms before guest arrivals
Cleaning and presentation of guest accommodation and selected common areas
Laundry and linen management, including washing, drying, ironing,



organising and maintaining hospitality standards
Monitoring towels, linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies
Identifying maintenance issues and reporting them promptly
Following through to ensure identified problems are resolved
Organising housekeeping according to arrivals, departures and longer stays
Monitoring the overall presentation, cleanliness and condition of the property
Occasional friendly interaction with our international guests
Responding to simple guest requests related to rooms and housekeeping
Bringing ideas and suggestions for continuously improving our standards and guest experience
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is naturally detail-oriented, responsible and proactive.
You are someone who:

Works independently and does not need to be constantly instructed
Takes ownership of your area of responsibility
Is highly organised and able to manage several priorities at the same time
Has a strong sense of cleanliness, order and presentation
Understands that small details can make a very big difference in hospitality
Is customer-oriented, discreet, reliable and flexible
Enjoys working in a small team where every person's contribution matters
Is comfortable interacting with international guests




Ideally speaks English, Italian is a plus
Has previous experience in high-quality hospitality, boutique hotels, agriturismi or private villas, which would be highly desirable
Most working days will begin at approximately10:00 and continue into the afternoon, depending on occupancy, arrivals and departures.
Flexibility will be required, particularly during busy periods, weekends and holidays.
We are looking for approximatelyone full-time seasonal position, but we are also open to discussing arrangements between50% and 100%.
The position could therefore potentially be divided between two suitable people working approximately 50% each.
