/em /ppemWe are looking for a highly connected sales professional with an established network across the Middle East who knows how to identify opportunities, build influential relationships and negotiate commercially sound business.
/em /ppbr / /ppstrongYour responsibilities will include: /strong /pulliDeveloping and executing the sales strategy for the Middle East, GCC, Diplomatic, Government Delegation and Entertainment markets.
/liliIdentifying and securing new business opportunities across your assigned segments.
/liliBuilding relationships with luxury travel advisors, family offices, embassies, government entities, protocol offices, entertainment representatives and key decision makers.
/liliRepresenting Baccarat Hotel Rome at international trade events, roadshows and client functions.
/liliNegotiating commercial agreements that maximise long-term revenue and profitability.
/liliWorking closely with Revenue Management to ensure business is strategically aligned with pricing and market positioning.




/liliCollaborating with Marketing and PR to increase brand awareness across the region.
/liliProviding market intelligence, competitor insights and business forecasts to support commercial decision-making.

/liliDemonstrated success in generating new business and negotiating commercial agreements.
/liliStrong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse opportunities and deliver profitable business.
/liliExceptional presentation, communication and relationship management skills.




/liliThe ability to work confidently with VIPs, government officials and senior executives while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.
/liliPrevious experience representing an international luxury hotel brand is highly regarded.
