Since 2019, we’ve been creating mobile games for a global audience, combining creativity with world-class talent. Our portfolio features 15+ mobile games across iOS, Android, and the Amazon Appstore, reaching 60+ million installs and 600K monthly active users. Our games engage players, challenge their thinking, and create memorable experiences. We leverage data-driven decision-making, rapid experimentation, and scalable product strategies to build apps that perform, grow, and lead in their categories.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

– Develop and document features and logic based on inputs for the team: concepts, GDDs, technical descriptions for the team, and keeping documentation up to date.
– Work on Level Design: design levels, build level matrices, and establish difficulty and progression.
– Work with balance tables, configs, formulas, and basic calculations.
– Collect references, decompose competitors’ features, and analyze similar mechanics used by competitors.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

– 2+ years of commercial experience working as a Game Designer (Generalist).
– Hands-on experience with Puzzle, Casual, or Hybrid Casual genres.
– Experience with Level Design,



including designing, tuning, and balancing game levels.
– Experience owning game features from concept to implementation – from defining the concept and preparing requirements to integration and analyzing the results.
– Ability to structure information and create clear, well-organized game documentation, including design documents, mechanic descriptions, feature requirements, and other relevant materials.
– Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day work for analysis, idea generation and structuring, documentation, and workflow optimization.
– Experience working with Unity will be a strong advantage.
