About the role

About the roleas an organization improvement manager you will play a key role in shaping and driving ferrero’s organizational evolution across the italian region. reporting to the oi region italy manager, you will contribute to the definition and implementation of organizational strategies, transformation initiatives and process‑improvement programmes that support business growth and operational excellence.

Main responsibilities

- support the organization improvement team in designing and delivering initiatives on organisational structures, operating models, process improvements and transformation programmes.
- define organisational strategies that align with business priorities while ensuring consistency and sustainability in design.
- manage the full lifecycle of organisational projects, from analysis and design to implementation and change management.
- assess current structures and processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop practical solutions to enhance effectiveness.
- design future‑state processes, supporting tools, role profiles and capability requirements.
- facilitate cross‑functional discussions, balancing stakeholder perspectives and driving aligned solutions.
- contribute to the management of the project portfolio, supporting prioritisation, monitoring progress,



identifying risks and ensuring successful execution of multiple initiatives.

About you

- degree in business administration, engineering, economics or related field
- proven experience in organization improvement or similar roles
- strong analytical, methodological and project‑management skills
- ability to lead change across multiple disciplines in a complex matrix organisation
- excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
- proactive, curious and results‑oriented
- fluent in italian and english; proficient with microsoft office and project‑management tools

What we offer

- level quadro funzionario under the national collective agreement for the food industry
- guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary of €50083
- annual variable component up to 15% of the base salary
- compensation determined based on experience, skills and qualifications
