- Lead the commercial strategy and market development activities for Plant Asset Management solutions, including Field Communicator, AMS Device Manager, and AMS Optics
- Identify, develop, and convert new opportunities within existing and new customer accounts
- Partner with sales teams on project pursuits, customer engagements, and order closure
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic business decisions
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders
- Develop and expand alternative distribution channels
- Deliver presentations, workshops, webinars, and customer events showcasing Emerson's value proposition and technical expertise
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align business objectives, share best practices, and support innovation initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer outcomes through digitalization, reliability, and asset performance solutions
- Ensure a customer-focused approach supporting sustainable business development and operational excellence

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and professional experience
- Experience developing and executing solution-based sales strategies within industrial, automation, reliability, or related technology environments
- Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into value-driven business solutions
- Interest in technology, innovation, and digital solutions
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in both Italian and English
- Ability and willingness to travel within the region and internationally,

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative and customer-focused environment
- Preferred: Experience with Plant Asset Management, Reliability Solutions, Asset Performance Management, or related industrial technologies
