/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse clinical and logistics workflows to define implementation requirements /li liSupport project planning, coordination, and requirements gathering/functional analysis /li liConfigure software to meet customer needs; execute functional testing and support UAT /li liCoordinate with hospital IT teams, clinical/logistics staff, and internal project teams /li liPrepare project documentation, run project meetings, and track action plans /li liDeliver end-user training and on-site go-live support /li liMonitor progress, flag risks, and support issue resolution /li liProvide post-implementation support to drive adoption and customer satisfaction /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering,



Healthcare Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field /li li1–3 years' experience in software implementation, IT consulting, healthcare IT, or project delivery /li liStrong analytical, organisational, and communication skills /li liProficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) /li liProfessional English (written and spoken) /li liWillingness to travel extensively within Italy; driving licence is a plus /li liPrior experience in healthcare/software implementation is a plus /li /ul h3Personal Skills /h3 pCustomer-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities.
