YellowSquare is urgently looking for a **Receptionist **(Day&Night; Shifts) for his Hostel in Rome. The Tasks: - Dealing with bookings;
- Completing Check-in and Check-out procedures;
- Preparing bills and taking payments;
- Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;
- Dealing with complaints or problems;
**Requirements**: - Previous experience in similar role, at least 2 years experience
- Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
- Flexibility: working time and hours; Morning/Afternoon/Night shifts
- Excellence in customer service;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
