/p pThe company is looking for a proactive sales professional to support business growth across the Italian market by generating new opportunities, building customer relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service.




/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProspect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and lead generation /li liMaintain and expand the customer and prospect database within the assigned territory /li liBuild relationships with new and existing customers /li liUnderstand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and training programs /li liRespond to inbound customer inquiries and identify upselling and cross?selling opportunities /li liSupport customers with the RISCO Stars loyalty program and RISCO Cloud services /li liPrepare quotations and provide product information to prospective customers /li liTransfer qualified opportunities to the regional Sales Representative /li liFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen long?term relationships /li liMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system /li liCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams /li liSupport order processing and sales administration activities /li liStay up to date with RISCO products, services, and market trends /li /ul pPlease note: As part of the hiring process, all candidates are required to complete an AI interview.
