Zenith Global is seeking an strongAnalyst /strong to support the analysis and reporting of securitization transactions.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey responsibilities: /strong /pulliPrepare and issue Payment Reports, Investor Reports, ESMA Reports, and all other reporting required under the agreements governing securitisation transactions.
/liliDevelop a thorough understanding of the assigned securitisation transactions, managing day-to-day activities related to the Calculation Agent role and proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.
/liliReview transaction documentation, focusing on provisions relevant to the Calculation Agent, and discuss comments or amendments with transaction counterparties and external legal advisors.
/liliDesign and develop reporting templates in accordance with transaction documentation, including (but not limited to) Payment Reports and Investor Reports.
/liliSupport the Master Servicer in preparing the periodic Servicer Reports, providing the Calculation Agent#39;s contribution on the performance of the managed securitisation transactions in line with internal procedures and reporting deadlines.
