We are looking for a resource with experience in backend and frontend software development and in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions applied to data analysis in the industrial sector, to contribute to the design, development, and evolution of IFM digital platforms, transforming data from industrial assets into intelligent services and advanced operational support tools. The role operates transversally between software development, data engineering, cloud architecture, and artificial intelligence, contributing to the creation of scalable, secure, and product-oriented applications. The figure participates in the entire life cycle of digital solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and operational support.

Activities:

- Design, develop and maintain full-stack web applications and software services for asset monitoring, control, and management platforms;
- Create modern and responsive frontend interfaces, robust APIs,



and scalable backend components integrated with cloud, edge, and third-party applications;
- Develop PC-based applications for operator interfaces (HMI) on machines and control rooms;
- Develop data pipelines and AI/ML models for analysis and enhancement of industrial and IoT asset data, including predictive diagnostics, anomaly detection, and decision support;
- Contribute to scalable, resilient, and secure edge-to-cloud digital architectures focused on remote monitoring and intelligent energy asset management;
- Comply with quality standards through best practices, testing, and code review.

Requirements:

- Consolidated experience in frontend (React, Angular, Vue) and backend (Node.js, Java, Python) development;
- Proficiency in REST APIs, microservices, version control (Git), and collaborative workflows;
- Knowledge of Python, ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data engineering applied to industrial data;
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data analytics, and visualization tools;
- Interest and/or experience in cloud architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), IoT, edge computing, industrial protocols, and telemetry;
- Knowledge of secure development practices, DevOps, and CI/CD;
- Strong problem solving, teamwork, structured and results-oriented mindset, and excellent technical communication;
- Degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Energy or similar);
- Good command of English for technical and professional use.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Gross annual salary €33,000 - €44,000;
- Bonuses as per 2nd level supplementary bargaining agreement;
