You will play a key role in defining packaging strategies, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring project success in terms of quality, cost, and timing.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement packaging strategies for vehicle programs and launchesDevelop and industrialize automotive packaging solutionsManage packaging suppliers and project milestonesMonitor costs, quality, delivery timelines, and KPIsSupport CAPEX/OPEX investment planning and controlCoordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Plant Operations,



and New Launch TeamsDrive issue resolution and corrective actions throughout the project lifecycleRequired Skills3-5 years of experience in automotive packaging development and industrialization (Junior profiles also considered)Strong knowledge of automotive processes: Stamping, Welding, Assembly, and LogisticsExperience with vehicle launch programs and packaging strategy definitionSupplier management and project coordination experienceKnowledge of CAPEX/OPEX and cost managementProject Management experience within an industrial environmentAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsItalian & English language skills (B2-C1)Nice xdwybme to HavePMP CertificationSAP knowledgeExperience in multinational automotive companiesLean Manufacturing expertiseExperience with STLA (Stellantis) or similar automotive platformsKnowledge of Global Transport & Packaging processesAdditional InformationLocation: Cassino Plant, ItalyOccasional travel to other plants in Italy and Zaragoza (Spain)Primarily on-site role (limited hybrid flexibility depending on activities)Company equipment providedFreelancers are welcome to apply
