- Plan and deliver high-quality, inquiry-based lessons aligned with IB philosophy
- Prepare students effectively for Internal Assessments and external examinations
- Provide clear, timely and constructive feedback to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of achievement and assessment data
- Contribute to collaborative departmental planning and moderation
- Uphold high standards of academic integrity and classroom practice
- Engage positively with parents and the wider school community
- Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times **THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
**Essential**
- A degree in Business, Economics or a related field
- A recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Business at upper secondary level
- Strong understanding of IB Diploma Programme assessment requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Legal right to live and work in Italy (EU passport or valid work permit) **Desirable**
- Experience teaching IB DP Business Management
- Experience in an international school environment
