Lead the commercial strategy and market development activities for Plant Asset Management solutions, including Field Communicator, AMS Device Manager, and AMS Optics

Identify, develop, and convert new opportunities within existing and new customer accounts

Partner with sales teams on project pursuits, customer engagements, and order closure

Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic business decisions

Build and strengthen relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders

Develop and expand alternative distribution channels

Deliver presentations, workshops, webinars, and customer events showcasing Emerson's value proposition and technical expertise

Collaborate with global and regional teams to align business objectives, share best practices, and support innovation initiatives

Identify opportunities to enhance customer outcomes through digitalization, reliability, and asset performance solutions

Ensure a customer-focused approach supporting sustainable business development and operational excellence

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and professional experience

Experience developing and executing solution-based sales strategies within industrial, automation, reliability, or related technology environments

Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into value-driven business solutions

Interest in technology, innovation, and digital solutions

Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences

Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

Professional proficiency in both Italian and English

Ability and willingness to travel within the region and internationally,



up to approximately 50% of working time

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative and customer-focused environment

Preferred: Experience with Plant Asset Management, Reliability Solutions, Asset Performance Management, or related industrial technologies

Preferred: Familiarity with process automation systems and instrumentation applications

Preferred: Experience working within a matrixed, global organization

Preferred: Knowledge of digital transformation, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, or industrial software solutions

Preferred: Experience supporting channel partners, distributors, or indirect sales models
