/strong /ppbr / /ppReporting directly to the strongProject Director of CERTIFER Solutions Italy /strong, your primary mission is to support railway manufacturers, operators, and suppliers in their regulatory compliance, certification, and authorization processes, ensuring adherence to safety requirements, applicable standards, and both national and European railway regulations.
/ppstrongIn this role, you will: /strong /ppbr / /polliProvide regulatory expertise on European and national railway frameworks and advise clients on their compliance strategies.
/liliSupport the definition, deployment, and monitoring of requirements management processes throughout the entire system lifecycle.
/liliAssist clients in the preparation of safety case documentation, technical files, and compliance evidence intended for Independent Assessment Bodies (NoBo, DeBo, AsBo) and the relevant authorities.
/liliDevelop certification and authorization strategies and plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSIs).




/liliDesign and implement compliance processes, quality assurance frameworks, and RAMS management systems.
/liliFacilitate workshops, coordinate interactions between technical teams, assessment bodies, and authorities, and provide training to clients on regulatory developments.
/liliCollect, analyze, and consolidate the evidence required for authorization applications and manage the submission of dossiers to the relevant authorities, particularly through the One-Stop Shop (OSS) portal.
/liliConduct audits, document reviews, and compliance assessments to identify gaps and ensure compliance with safety requirements, CENELEC standards, TSIs, and applicable regulations.
