pHEAD is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Sportswear team in Milan.
/ppOperating from our Milan HQ, the team manages both the HEAD Sportswear category (Tennis and Ski apparel) and Le Col, our premium cycling apparel brand.
/ppWe are seeking a candidate to support and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations for both brands.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, warehouses, carriers, and logistics partners.

/liliCoordinate shipments with warehouses, carriers, freight forwarders and 3PL partners.
/liliMonitor orders from release to delivery, proactively managing delays and operational issues.
/liliEnsure accuracy of shipping documentation and logistics data.
/liliSupport returns, claims, delivery discrepancies and stock reconciliation activities.
/liliMonitor logistics KPIs, lead times and transportation costs.
/liliWork closely with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Planning teams.
/liliSupport process improvements and seasonal business peaks.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongProfile /strong /pulli3 to 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain.




/liliGood knowledge of transportation, warehouse and order-to-delivery processes.
/liliExperience with international shipping, 3PL warehouses and customs procedures.
/liliKnowledge of UK logistics dynamics and regulations is a plus.
/liliGood knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (SAP) /liliFluent in Italian and good command of English.
/liliExperience in sportswear, fashion, apparel or consumer goods is considered a plus.
