Casual HotelesAt Casual Hoteles, we continue expanding our urban, thematic, and pet-friendly concept across major European capitals. Following successful projects in cities like Florence, Valencia, Madrid, Lisbon, and many more, we are looking for a dynamic, analytical professional with a true "casual" spirit to lead our hotel in Milan.Your Mission
- Operations & Quality Management: Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring brand standards are met while delivering a memorable guest experience.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate the hotel team, fostering a collaborative, transparent, and people-first working environment.
- Financial Control & Revenue: Directly manage the P&L;, optimize costs, handle annual budgeting, and align strategies with the Revenue Management team. Compliance & Vendors: Ensure full legal compliance with the local and national regulations and manage relationships with local suppliers and partners.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the ultimate ambassador of our brand's fresh,



flexible, and approachable identity.What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in urban or boutique hotels.
- Languages: Native or fluent Italian, advanced Spanish and English.
- Profile: Results-oriented, strong analytical skills, hands-on mindset, and excellent intercultural communication.
- Market Knowledge: Previous experience managing hotel assets in the Italian market or specifically in Milan is essential.What We Offer
