Investment Associate - Digital Infrastructure
We're working exclusively with
a leading pan-European digital infrastructure platform
who are building out an Investment team and are looking to hire an
Associate
to join their growing platform.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly strategic role working across cross-border investments, acquisitions, and development initiatives.
About the Role:
Sitting within the Investment team and reporting directly to the
Chief Investment Officer
, the role is at the heart of the business — supporting investment decisions, expansion strategy, and corporate development initiatives.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business on high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain complex
financial models
for acquisitions and follow-on investments
Lead
underwriting
and returns analysis across data centre campuses
Assist with M&A;, strategic forecasting,



and business planning
Prepare materials for
internal and external stakeholders
, including the board
Support corporate development and financing transactions as required
Qualifications:
2–4 years' experience in
M&A;, or Private Equity.
Prior exposure to Digital Infrastructure/Data Centres is highly desirable.
Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
Background in
data centres, real estate, or private equity
preferred
Conversational Italian
is essential; additional European languages a plus
Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Engineering, Management, or related fields
High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills
Eligibility to Work in the EU.
