Your Role

The Sr Engineering Manager of Material Innovation serves as the strategic and operational bridge between Product Development, R&D;, and Operations, ensuring that innovation is translated into industrial solutions quickly, efficiently, and with high quality. This role is responsible for embedding design for manufacturing and design for agility principles into the development process from the earliest stages, so that new products, processes, and technologies are not only innovative, but also scalable, robust, and ready for rapid deployment across manufacturing environments.
