ph3Overview: /h3 pThe role of the Housekeeping Supervisor is to ensure that the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms, public areas, back of house and landings meet Noble House standards.br/ /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liInspect the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms and public areas /li liAssign special projects as directed by the Director of Housekeeping.
/li liReport any needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
/li liEnsure that all Guest Room Attendants have appropriate supplies and linens.
/li liAssist in the cleaning of guest rooms when necessary.
/li liAssist in processing AM and PM room status reports.
/li liEnsure that the Guest Room Attendant's linen cart is neat and well organized.
/li liEnsure that linen closets on guest room floors are completely stocked /li liMaintain supply cage stock, neat and clean at all times.
/li liMust have all guest rooms punched in via the phone after completion.
/li liEnsure VIP rooms are inspected ASAP.
/li liEnsure check out/vacated rooms are a priority.
/li liKnowledge of hotel, facilities and events.
/li liTo ensure hotel, guest and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Job Requirements: /h3 ul liMust be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written,



with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
/li liPrevious housekeeping and/or other relevant hotel experience required.
/li liAble to work with management on special projects.
/li liAble to set priorities for your section and provide feedback to others that enhances performance.
/li liStrong attention to detail, sense of urgency.
/li liAbility to work and perform effectively in a fast paced role.
/li liMaintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance /li liMust be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance.
/li liStand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
Requires repetitive motion.
