What you will do:Define and executeregional business strategiesaligned with global objectives
Drivesales growth, market expansion, and go-to-market initiatives
Leadforecasting, budgeting, and financial performanceacross the region
Optimizepricing strategies and cost structuresto enhance competitiveness
Analyzemarket trends and competitive landscapeto identify new opportunities

What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics preferred);MBA is a plus
10+ years of experiencein traction motors, drives, or vehicle electrification
Strong background inoff-highway and commercial vehicle applications
Proven experience inregional or business unit leadership roles
Solidcommercial acumen and negotiation skills
Experience leading xrdbqluinternational, cross-functional teams
Excellentcommunication and customer engagement skills
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
