In this role you will handle complaints, build strategies for improving the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty.
You will advise customers on processing orders, product shortages, expected delivery dates, and price changes.
You will play a key role in solving customers' queries and support our sales team to ensure efficient and flawless service.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and process orders and requests from customersCollect and analyze customer feedbackWork with clients and other departments to ensure orders are processed correctlyResolve issues, inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, or direct them to sales representatives or technical service areasProvide back?office support to the Sales Department as per the responsibility frameworkProvide information to customers regarding the status of orders,
