Reporting to the Service & Quality Manager this position will be responsible for providing technical and commercial support to dealers and customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The role acts as the primary point of contact for after-sales activities, warranty management, technical assistance, spare parts support, and dealer training, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.Main accountabilities:Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to dealers and service partnersManage warranty claims and related documentationEnsure timely and effective responses to technical inquiriesBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customersMonitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify improvement opportunitiesDeliver technical training sessions remotely, at dealer locations,



and at Blupura facilitiesSupport dealers in developing their technical capabilities and product knowledgeManagement of technical-commercial communication aimed to DACH customersSupport the Sales Department with spare parts inquiries and quotationsAssist dealers and customers in identifying the correct spare parts and service solutionsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely warranty order processing and delivery.Requirements:Previous experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, After-Sales Service, or a similar roleExperience in a manufacturing or technical environment is considered a strong advantageGerman language proficiency at a professional level (written and spoken)Good English communication skills, both written and verbalStrong customer orientation and communication skillsProblem-solving mindset and proactive approachAvailability to travel within the DACH region and occasionally internationally for dealer visits, training activities, and customer support.Workplace:Recanati (MC)- ItalyBase Salary (Gross Annual Salary):€25,000 - €30,000
