The Opportunity

As a Finance Assistant, you will gain firsthand exposure to the financial operations of a truly international organization, working alongside colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries. This is a unique opportunity to develop practical experience in international accounting, financial reporting, invoicing, and business operations while supporting a global professional services firm.

You will learn how finance functions within a fast-paced international business, gaining exposure to real-world accounting processes, cross-border operations, and financial systems. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will build a strong foundation for a career in finance and accounting while expanding your understanding of the global financial services industry.

This six-month internship is designed as a pathway to a permanent role. High-performing interns who successfully complete the program will be offered a full-time position, providing an exciting opportunity to begin and grow their career with SEDA Experts.

Key Responsibilities




- Support accounting and finance activities, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Maintain accurate administrative, financial, and client records.
- Update and manage information within the company’s CRM system.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, documents, and internal records.
- Support the coordination of internal projects and day-to-day business operations.
- Manage internal and external correspondence.
- Assist with website updates and digital communications.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance (required).
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
- Proactive and adaptable to a multinational work environment.
