The hotel features a bistro serving Italian and international cuisine, a bar, and a small piazza for informal meetings or relaxing breaks, a fully equipped fitness center, and 5 meeting rooms.

The property is part of Marriott International, the world’s largest hotel brand, and Westmont Hospitality Group.

The hotel has recently been fully renovated and rebranded, becoming the second Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel in Italy.

Duo Milan Porta Nuova is seeking a Reservations & Events Agent.

Key Responsibilities Reservations
- Enter, modify, and confirm reservations in the hotel PMS
- Monitor availability, rates, and restrictions, maximizing occupancy and revenue
- Provide detailed information on rooms, services, policies, and offers




- Collaborate with Front Office and Revenue Management to ensure accurate reservation handling

Events
- Support the management of event, meeting, and group (MICE) inquiries
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and event function sheets
- Coordinate with internal departments (banqueting, F&B;, housekeeping, technical) to ensure proper event execution
- Ensure client follow-up before, during, and after the event
- Maintain high-quality standards and strong attention to detail

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within international hotel environments, preferably with the Marriott brand
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus
- Good familiarity with PMS and reservation systems (Opera or similar)
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel is preferred
- Excellent organizational and priority-management skills
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communic
