TikTok's Scaled Growth team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our Scaled Growth team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.

1. Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies in the Italian market. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with mínimal customization.

2. Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools.



Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues.

3. Assume ownership - Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.
