If you are already living in Portugal, this position is
fully remote
, allowing you to work from anywhere in the country—except the islands.
This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience
Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements:
Proficiency in Italian




(C1/C2 level)
Already residing in Portugal
(remote work available from any city except the islands)
Strong English communication skills
(C1 level)
Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Additional Information:
Must hold a
European passport

Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required
