Designed by Olga Polizzi in collaboration with Paolo Moschino and Philip Vergeylen, the interior will combine tradition and modernity, delivering an authentic Milanese experience. Situated in a prime location overlooking Via della Spiga, renowned for its luxury boutiques, and just a few steps from Via Montenapoleone, The Carlton Hotel is set to become the new landmark of the fashion district.
BAR SUPERVISOR
Main purpose:
The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing bar operation. As Bar Supervisor you will manage the stock, serving guests, placing stock orders and ensuring product quality.
Reports to: Bar Manager.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all of our Guests;
- Ensure that policies and procedures are complied with the highest standard of service;
- Ensure smooth running of all bar operations according to Rocco Forte Hotels standards and procedures;
- Comply with H&S; national rules;
- Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues;
- Anticipate Guests needs and handle guest complaints;
- Monitor stock levels.
