Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and coordinate all onboard activities, ensuring smooth operation of the boat during charter.
- Maintain boat cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Provide excellent service to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring memorable experiences.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Comandante del diporto or similar maritime leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of navigation systems, maritime safety standards, and vessel operations.
- Valid maritime captain’s license or equivalent certification recognized in the region.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse crew effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality aboard luxury vessels is desirable.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently under pressure. This position requires a professional committed to excellence in maritime operations with a passion for delivering outstanding service at sea.

Retribuzione: €2.200,00 - €2.500,00 al mese
