Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Travel & Lifestyle Services (GTLS) support, responding to customer requests related to both offline and online travel and lifestyle services
- Manage customer interactions via phone and digital tools with a strong focus on service quality and customer car
- Provide a consistently high-quality customer experience by delivering innovative, personalized, and proactive solutions
- Advise customers by recommending relevant products and serv
