You will own recruitment, onboarding, relations, compliance, payroll liaison, and HRIS data accuracy while partnering with the Regional HR Manager to align with group policies.
/ppIdeal candidates have 3–5 years in a generalist HR role in Italy, strong Italian labor law knowledge, fluent Italian and professional English, and a hands-on, autonomous approach.
