For an independent Italian company operating in the fashion Preparation and analysis of financial and management reporting; Cash flow monitoring and treasury management; Managing relationships with banks, financial institutions and external advisors; Supervising accounting, tax activities and month/year-end closing processes; Monitoring the accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles, including payment schedules and outstanding balances; Cost analysis and monitoring of variances against budget and forecast; Managing and monitoring payment plans, instalment arrangements, repayment schedules and tax deadlines; Supporting Senior Management in financial and business assessments and strategic development projects; Implementing and continuously improving financial processes, procedures and internal control tools.
Requirements 5–6 years of experience in Finance,



preferably gained within structured companies, entrepreneurial SMEs or consulting firms; Strong knowledge of management control, treasury and accounting; Proven experience in cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting; Good knowledge of tax-related matters and key financial and tax deadlines; Experience managing complex financial situations and/or payment and instalment plans would be considered a strong plus; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/financial management systems; Good command of English, both written and spoken.
