The role offers location flexibility, with a preference for Rome or Naples, and requires frequent travel throughout the region.
/ppbr / /ppKey Responsibilities: /ppbr / /pulliDefine and implement our market entry and expansion strategies throughout Italy.
/liliEnsure all stores comply with company policies, regulations, and industry's best practices.
/liliConduct property scouting, feasibility studies, and prepare proposals for management approval.
/liliAssess potential locations based on demographic data, commercial viability and financial forecasts.
/liliAct as the main point of contact and build strong relationships with property owners, developers and real estate partners.
/liliConduct negotiations on lease agreements and manage all the necessary documentation for opening new retail outlets.
/liliClosely monitor market trends, changes in consumer behavior and competitors' moves to identify risks and new opportunities.
/liliManage multiple expansion projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met.
/liliDevelop and execute strategic plans for entering new markets.
/li /ulpbr / /ppRequirements: /ppbr / /pulliA degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Property Studies or a related field.




/liliSolid professional experience in retail expansion is must /liliStrong analytical skills with experience in interpreting complex market data and financial indicators.
/liliExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
/liliStrong organizational skills: someone capable of independently managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
/liliProfessional proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; practical experience with Power BI is a strong advantage.
/liliGood command of English (written and spoken) and Italian is required.
/liliWillingness to travel when necessary.
/liliA proactive and practical approach, and a genuine interest in the international retail sector.
