Primary Responsibilities Include:
Greeting all guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Assisting customers in navigating the boutique and discovering products.
Providing detailed information about products, materials, and brand history.
Managing sales transactions with precision and efficiency.
Maintaining the order and elegant display of the boutique.
Assisting with inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
Recognizing repeat guests and VIPs, offering personalized service.
Contributing to creating an inviting atmosphere and a memorable shopping experience.
Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.




What You Bring:
Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Boutique Assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A confident, proactive, and courteous personality with a strong client focus.
Fluent in Italian and English. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
The ability to stand for extended periods and a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays.
