/liliSupport colleagues during peak periods, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service.
/liliAssist in event preparation, including exhibitions, special gatherings, or terminal upkeep.
/liliMaintain the cleanliness and readiness of all service areas, ensuring they reflect luxury standards.
/liliDocument and relay guest feedback, incidents, or service issues to supervisors for continuous improvement.
/liliPerform additional tasks as assigned by management to support operational and guest service goals.
/li /ulh3Key Requirements: /h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.




/lili1–2 years of experience in high-end hospitality, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in: /liliLuxury hotels (5-star or boutique) /liliUpscale dining establishments /liliVIP or concierge service environments /liliExperience in both guest services and FB operations is highly advantageous.
