/p pWe are currently seeking a bSenior BMS Engineer /b to join a major bdata centre project in Milan /b, taking ownership of BMS engineering and design activities from development through to testing, commissioning and final handover.
/p pThis is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong BMS professional who enjoys working on complex projects, coordinating specialist subcontractors and delivering high-quality engineering solutions within a demanding critical infrastructure environment.
/p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p pYou will be responsible for: /p ul liTaking ownership of bTier 2 engineering and design submittals /b /li liReviewing I/O and data point schedules, equipment schedules and schematics /li liCoordinating device and wiring layouts, panel designs and interlocks /li liDeveloping and reviewing functional specifications /li liManaging BMS subcontractor activities and monitoring engineering progress /li liCoordinating BMS works with mechanical, electrical and other project disciplines /li liSupporting design reviews, engineering changes and technical documentation /li liParticipating in bW1, W2 and W3 site walkdowns /b /li liIdentifying technical issues and driving them through to resolution /li liSupporting off-site testing, witness testing, commissioning and validation /li liEnsuring BMS systems are fully tested and ready for client handover /li liCoordinating OM manuals, record drawings and close-out documentation /li liSupporting final handover and ensuring all technical requirements are completed /li /ul pbAbout You: /b /p pWe're looking for an experienced BMS professional with:



/p ul liSignificant bBMS engineering and controls experience /b /li liExperience working on bdata centres, pharmaceutical, high-tech, critical infrastructure or similarly complex projects /b /li liStrong understanding of BMS design, controls, instrumentation and system integration /li liExperience producing and reviewing technical engineering submittals /li liStrong knowledge of I/O schedules, equipment schedules, schematics and wiring layouts /li liExperience developing or interpreting functional specifications /li liPrevious experience managing BMS subcontractors or specialist engineering teams /li liExperience with testing, commissioning and handover /li liStrong technical documentation and engineering change-control experience /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liAbility to work autonomously and take ownership of engineering packages /li liStrong focus on quality, safety and technical compliance /li /ul pbDesirable: /b /p ul liMajor bdata centre projects /b /li liTier 1 / Tier 2 BMS systems /li liW1, W2 and W3 inspections /li liOff-site testing and commissioning /li liCritical environment controls /li liInternational project teams /li liRelevant BMS, controls, electrical or mechanical engineering qualifications /li /ul pbWhat's on Offer?
