/ppbr/ppThe role actively contributes to the design, verification, and validation of products by performing hardware design and verification activities in accordance with company guidelines.
The position also supports the sharing of technical know-how within the department and contributes to its continuous improvement.
/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppContribute to the hardware development process for new products throughout their entire lifecycle, including requirements definition, prototype development, product qualification for mass production, and subsequent product improvements and modifications.
/ppbr/pulliAssess the feasibility of customer requirements in collaboration with Sales and Technical teams.
/liliPrepare and maintain hardware specifications.
/liliDesign electrical and electronic hardware for prototypes in accordance with internal development processes and design standards.
/liliDefine and execute prototype verification activities and laboratory testing.
/liliSupport product validation and industrialization activities.
/liliProvide technical support to customers.
/liliAssist in the preparation of product operation and maintenance manuals.




/liliSupport the organization and delivery of technical training courses both onsite and at customer locations.
/liliParticipate in industry exhibitions and trade fairs to maintain technical expertise and market awareness.
/li /ulpbr/ppbEducation /b /ppMaster's Degree in bElectronic Engineering /b.
/ppA final degree grade of ******* or above will be considered a preferred qualification.

/liliFamiliarity with simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB, and similar applications.
/liliAcademic or professional experience in electric drives and power electronics hardware design (e.g. thesis projects, internships or research activities) will be considered an asset.
