You will support a workforce of about 1,000 across Lucca manufacturing sites and Legnano headquarters, joining a four?person payroll team.
You will manage master data, oversee Time & Attendance, run end?to?end payroll, handle year?end activities, and deliver analyses for HR, Finance, and audits.
