/ppThe Role /ppThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into action and delivering impactful marketing initiatives that support business growth.
/ppAs strongMarketing Manager /strong, you will drive a broad range of marketing activities across Europe, including campaigns, events, content development, sales enablement materials, digital assets, and customer engagement initiatives.
Working closely with Sales, Product Management, and the broader Marketing team, you will play a key role in strengthening Tosca's market presence and supporting commercial objectives.
/ppThis is a highly operational role requiring strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

/liliCoordinate and deliver marketing initiatives across digital channels, customer communications, and events.




/liliDevelop and manage marketing content, sales enablement materials, presentations, and customer-facing assets.
/liliManage and localize marketing materials across different European markets.
/liliPlan and execute trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events.
/liliCollaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing activities support commercial objectives.
/liliMaintain and update marketing content across digital platforms and internal repositories.
/liliMonitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and business insights.
/liliCoordinate with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners when required.
/liliStrengthen Tosca's brand awareness and market presence across Europe.
/li /ulpWhat Makes You a Strong Fit /ppEducation Experience /pulliBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
/lilistrong3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within an international environment.
/strong /liliProven experience managing marketing campaigns, events, commercial marketing materials, and cross-functional projects.
/liliExperience supporting multi-country marketing activities across Europe is highly desirable.
/liliExperience in industrial, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or related B2B sectors is a plus.
