TP-Link Italia is growing its local marketing team and is looking for a talented and motivated Digital Communication & Graphic Designer to support our brand visibility and digital growth in the Italian market.
Position Overview
We are seeking a senior Digital Communication & Graphic Designer with a strong combination of marketing, digital advertising, graphic design and e-commerce expertise.
The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, highly creative, and data-driven, with the ability to independently manage integrated marketing projects from concept through execution. They will also be responsible for coordinating and guiding junior graphic design resources, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.



This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple marketing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Design high-quality digital and print marketing materials, including: catalogues, advertisements, social media creatives, newsletters, web banners, point-of-sale materials
- Create visually engaging content in line with TP-Link brand guidelines.
- Photo and video production and editing

Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns across: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPA and conversion rate.
- Perform audience segmentation, A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Collaborate on SEO, content marketing and email marketing initiatives.

E-commerce Marketing
- Support marketing
