Today, ATLIX operates through three legal entities across Italy, Germany and the United States, employing approximately 150 people worldwide.

To support this journey, ATLIX is seeking a highly experienced strongGlobal HR Director /strong who can shape and lead the Group HR agenda across geographies, ensuring alignment between business strategy, organizational development and growth ambitions.
/ppReporting directly to the CEO and interacting with the governance of DUBAG Group, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and scale a modern international HR function, acting as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team during a period of significant transformation.

/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliDefine and execute the Group HR strategy in alignment with business objectives and shareholder expectations.
/liliDevelop and implement scalable HR frameworks, policies and governance processes across multiple countries.
/liliLead talent management, succession planning, performance management and workforce planning initiatives.
/liliDesign and oversee international compensation and benefits strategies.
/liliDrive cultural integration and change management programmes in a post carve-out environment.
/liliPartner with the CEO and executive leadership team on organizational development and business transformation priorities.
/liliLead employee relations and strategic labour relations topics across Italy, Germany and the United States.
/liliOversee HR analytics, HRIS development and executive reporting to Group governance.
/liliLead and develop an international HR team while coordinating external HR partners and advisors.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongThe ideal Candidate /strong /ppWe are looking for an accomplished HR executive with: /pulliExtensive leadership experience within multinational manufacturing organizations.
/liliProven responsibility for HR strategy across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
/liliExperience in transformation environments such as carve-outs, MA integrations, restructurings or private equity-backed businesses.
/liliStrong expertise in talent management, compensation benefits, organizational design and leadership development.
/liliExperience working with Boards, investors, private equity funds or institutional governance bodies.
/liliStrong business acumen and the ability to act as a true strategic partner to executive leadership.
/liliFluent in Italian and English; German is considered a strong advantage /liliExcellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongCompensation Benefits /strong /pulliExecutive ("Dirigente") employment contract.
/liliAnnual gross salary between €100,000 and €130,000, based on experience and profile fit.
/liliCompany car as part of the benefits package.
/liliAnnual MBO between 20% and 25% of fixed compensation.
