This is a key role responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable profitability across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
What you will do:
Define and executeregional business strategiesaligned with global objectives
Drivesales growth, market expansion, and go-to-market initiatives
Leadforecasting, budgeting, and financial performanceacross the region
Optimizepricing strategies and cost structuresto enhance competitiveness
Analyzemarket trends and competitive landscapeto identify new opportunities
Build and maintainstrategic relationships with key customers and partners
Ensure excellence inproject execution and customer delivery
Lead and develop ahigh-performing, cross-functional team(sales, marketing, support)
Foster a culture ofaccountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What we are looking for:




Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics preferred);MBA is a plus
10+ years of experiencein traction motors, drives, or vehicle electrification
Strong background inoff-highway and commercial vehicle applications
Proven experience inregional or business unit leadership roles
Solidcommercial acumen and negotiation skills
Experience leadinginternational, cross-functional teams
Excellentcommunication and customer engagement skills
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
