ppThe HR Administration and Payroll Manager oversees the entire infrastructure of employee administration.
This role ensures accurate payroll execution, competitive compensation strategies, compliance with labor laws, and efficient HR data management to support business growth and employee satisfaction.
/p h3HR Operations Administration /h3 ul liOwn and manage day-to-day HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
/li liMaintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, accurate recordkeeping, and strict data privacy compliance.
/li liStandardize HR processes, draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and drive continuous administrative improvements.
/li liManage general office administration and vendor relationships related to HR tech platforms and external services /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits (Comp Ben) /h3 ul liIn collaboration with the Region, design, benchmark, and administer fair, competitive total rewards strategies (salary structures, bonuses, and incentives).
/li liManage employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness perks) and coordinate annual open enrollment.
/li liMonitor internal pay equity and assist senior leadership with compensation budgeting, forecasting,
and workforce cost analysis /li /ul h3Payroll Management /h3 ul liOversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing in coordination with Finance and external payroll vendors.
/li liVerify timesheets, wage calculations, tax withholdings, vantaggi deductions, and statutory filings.
/li liResolve employee inquiries regarding payslips, tax forms, and compensation discrepancies promptly.
/li liOversee year-end payroll reconciliation and relevant reporting /li /ul h3Compliance Reporting /h3 ul liEnsure complete compliance with local labor laws and statutory reporting requirements.
/li liPrepare periodic HR metrics, dashboards, and audits for management and financial reviews.
/li liHandle confidential employee data with absolute integrity and discretion /li /ul h3Required Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics or related fields /li li10+ years of experience in an HR Administration function, with specific focus on payroll and budget management /li liStrong understanding of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and labor laws.
/li liStrong knowledge in Microsoft Office tools and reporting tools /li liExcellent analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills, with a high level of confidentiality /li liProactivity and sense of priorities /li liPrevious experiences in multinational companies are an appreciated plus /li liFluent in Italian and English /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
