You will join a collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing, problem?solving, and continuous improvement.
Your contribution will help customers successfully adopt and use IGE?XAO/ETAP CAD?CAE software solutions.

/p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver technical training sessions on IGE?XAO/ETAP electrical CAD?CAE software to customers and partners.
/li liProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance.
/li liPrepare training materials,
documentation, and updated learning resources.
/li liCollaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement feedback.
/li liAssist in pre?sales activities when required by demonstrating software capabilities.
/li /ul h3Essential requirements /h3 ul liTechnical background in electrical engineering, automation, industrial design, or related fields.
/li liExperience with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design.
/li liStrong communication and presentation skills.
/li liAbility to analyse technical problems and propose effective solutions.
/li liWillingness to work on?site tempo pieno in Bergamo.
/li /ul h3Desired skills /h3 ul liGood command of the English language, both written and spoken.
/li liFamiliarity with IGE?XAO or ETAP products.
/li liStrong teamwork attitude, openness to feedback, and collaborative mindset.
/li liCuriosity for learning new technologies and commitment to continuous improvement.
/li liReliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach in supporting customers and colleagues.
